Bloody Monday raconte l’histoire de Fujimaru Takagi (Miura Haruma), un jeune étudiant et redoutable hacker, dont le père a injustement été accusé de meurtre. Il tentera donc de sauver l’honneur de ce dernier, le tout sur fond de conspiration terroriste, mêlant une attaque bactériologique, une mystérieuse jeune femme nommée Maya (Michiko Kichise) et un nom de code bien plus mystérieux encore : Bloody Monday.
